Why do I pay when I book?
Your card is authorized (or charged) at booking, but the money is held by the platform. Your pro only gets paid after the job is marked complete and you approve it — or 48 hours pass without a complaint.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel for free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations have a 20% fee, part of which compensates your pro.
Who are the pros?
Independent professionals — many from Florida's Brazilian community — who set their own prices and schedules. Every pro passes identity verification and a background check.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a claim in the app within the approval window. The payout is frozen while we review the photos and make it right: redo, partial or full refund.
