Platform role

FastService is a marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals. Pros set their own prices and schedules.

Payments

Payments are collected at booking and held until the job is approved or the approval window ends. The Happiness Guarantee applies only to services paid through the platform.

Cancellations

Free up to 24 hours before the appointment; 20% fee afterwards, partially paid to the pro.
